Kigali and History

I am currently in Kigali on Wildlifedirect matters, having a free morning we went to the Memorial Centre here in Kigali.  I must confess that I am generally a guy whose emotions do not show, but I must confess that that 45 or so odd minutes I spent there made me question a lot of things.
